TileMan.io is a fantastic multiplayer IO game where you aim to claim as much territory as possible. You begin with a random block color and need to convert all blocks on the map to the same color. While this may seem simple, remember that you have other players to compete with!
How to Play TileMan.io
TileMan.io gameplay is relatively straightforward, but the strategy is crucial. You find yourself in the center of a grid board, with the objective of expanding your territory by claiming more tiles. To achieve this, move using your mouse or the WASD keys in all directions. Sounds easy? The challenge is to expand without getting cut off by other players. Getting cut off happens if your path is intercepted. Be cautious, as you can accidentally cut off your path and lose the game. Remaining in your territory offers some protection, but it won't help your expansion strategy much.
Territory is considered "claimed" when you convert blocks by forming a complete square—enclosed blocks will change to your color once complete. If you try to expand too quickly, you might end up too far from safety and likely be eliminated by an opponent.
Avoid your opponents or try to trap them within your squares to make them collide with you. Take a careful approach rather than rushing in! Can you dominate the TileMan arena?

Classic Game
In this mode, you compete with multiple opponents to expand your territory across nearly 160,000 tiles. The pace is quick, but with persistence and caution, continental domination is within reach.
Extreme Speed
Similar to the classic game, this mode offers significantly more challenge, requiring either extreme caution or risk-taking to succeed. The choice is yours.
No Kills
Similar to the classic mode, but without the risk of being killed by an opponent cutting your path. Lose your path instead, and you only have a few seconds to return to safety. Stray too far, and it's game over.
Rats
In this mode, opponents are plentiful. Keep your captures close to home base.
Arena
The Arena gameplay is like a "practice space." It's free of opponents, with around 1500 squares to capture. It sounds easy, but overconfidence can lead to mistakes.
